Ltd, a joint venture between Abans Sri Lanka and SilverNeedle Hospitality of Singapore. The lead designer of the project is the globally accredited architecture firm Aedas. Gensler, the world’s biggest collaborative design firm, is responsible for the interior of the hotel and residences

CSEC, the civil engineering and construction management consultant of the project, will work in partnership with GleedsHooloomann providing quality assurance and quality control services during the pile construction stage and the superstructure stage of the project

This 150 million dollar investment will rise 48 storeys above Colombo’s central business district spanning over 1,000,000 square feet. Integrated with the style of progressive Sri Lanka, Colombo City Centre will comprise of a lifestyle retail mall featuring the best international and local brands, a 200 room NEXT hotel, the first such hotel to be launched in Asia, and 180 residential units equipped with exclusive club amenities and a sky lounge.
