Marina Square Project

The Marina Square Project consist of 5 towers, sharing one podium including a half basement. The development is taking place on a five acre land situated at No.250,Srimath Ramanathan Mawatha, Colombo 15- Kotahena which is one of Colombo’s oldest areas. This land which overlooks the Colombo Port, is located 2 km from the City Centre and the Port City Development.

The common podium is to contain many retail centres as well as cinemas and other recreational activity areas. The three towers of varying heights will consist mainly of Hotel accommodation and Apartments. Towers 1 and 2 consist of 31 stories while towers 3,4 and 5 consist of 49 floors each.

The project is currently in the piling stage and has 199 piles of diameter 1800mm as well as 166 other lower sized diameter piles. The development envisages a total floor area of around 250,000 sq.ft and total development cost is estimated at Rs.10 billion.
