John Keels group proposed to build a cinnamon RED hotel complex at katugsathota, kandy. This hotel tower will be located near the wattaranthenna junction at katugasthota where the location is nearly 1km from Kaugasthota Bridge towards the kandy city, Design Team three (Pvt) Ltd and Stems Consultants (Pte) Ltd are appointed as the principal Architect and structural Engineer respectively. Nawaloka Construction Company (NCC) is appointed as the design & built Contractor for the proposed project and Civil & Structural Engineering Consultants (Pvt) Ltd (CSEC) is retained by NCC as the Contractor’s structural consultant.

The proposed development designed for hotel use is an eighteen storied tower including three mezzanine floors and a basement. Basement will provide space for water tanks and pump rooms and Ground floor provides common facilities guests like reception luggage storage etc. Tower is 63.3m tall and has 3 parking floors, 6 floors of Hotel amenities and a Roof Top Pool.
