The first Hyatt Regency Hotel in Sri Lanka, Grand Hyatt Hotel, with its 47 storey façade will transform the Colombo skyline and will set the benchmark for further development in the city. The Grand Hyatt Hotel is ideally located opposite the Crescate Boulevard shopping precinct and in close proximity to Colombo’s Central Business District
The pinnacle design and the banquet hall extension of this extravagant five star hotel complex will be directed under the supervision of CSEC acting in the capacity of structural engineer.
Extending 229.5m into the Colombo skyline the Grand Hyatt Hotel will feature 475 guest rooms and 84 serviced apartments boosting the standards of hotel accommodation in the country.
Once completed this fully fledged multi-faceted hotel complex will boast of breathtaking features and modern facilities with generous banqueting and meeting spaces, authentic food and beverage outlets, entertainment and adequate parking for the visitors supporting the governments initiative in tourism to the country.
